How do I return an item?

If your item needs to be returned or exchanged, please do so within 30 days. Store credit will be given for all returns.

How long does it take for refunds to be processed?

Refunds are processed within 7 days of us receiving your returned package. How long the refund will take to show back as a credit on your bank statement varies depending on who you bank with but typically takes 5-7 business days. 

Can I cancel an order?

We can’t guarantee that an order can be cancelled. However, please contact us immediately and we’ll try to accommodate your request as best we can. If your order is already in the process of being shipped then it cannot be cancelled.

 If I placed an order to be shipped, can I switch to pickup?

Nope! Once an order is placed the method of delivery cannot be changed. We appreciate your understanding as this helps ensure all orders stay organized and ship within a timely manner.

Can I change or add to my order once I’ve placed it?

Once an order has been placed we’re unable to make changes to it. The best thing to do would be to immediately contact customer support and request that your order be cancelled. From there, you can place a new order with the correct sizing or additional items.

Sending a gift?

We’d love to help you make your gift feel extra special! Add a note when checking out and we’ll write a message for you — make sure to include who it’s “from”!

How and when will my order ship?

All products are shipped from our store via UPS. Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of order date and you will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. 

My tracking hasn’t updated. What can be done?

We know it’s such a bummer and that you’re SO excited to get your rad goods for kiddo, but please bear with us! We’ve found that shipping providers are taking longer to scan and deliver packages during this time — because of that, we ask that you allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update.
